A. Tax Diagnostic Review
Prepare and diagnostic the necessary documents to tax office. Discuss with the Tax officer ensure and make sure all process runnning as well and get the goal.
B. Transfer Pricing
Transfer pricing documentation is required by law. This documentation must substantiate how the intercompany business is set up and evidencing that the intercompany pricing applied would have been applied between third parties as well. This documentation should be submitted annually.
